Jason Martin

Jason is an investor and operator, who has been on the board of iotum since 2006. He became CEO IN 2011.
In 1998, Jason co-founded Navantis and led growth as President for thirteen award-winning years. Navantis was sold to Datavail in 2017.
Jason has served boards for several North American private companies and he chaired one public company. He advocates for entrepreneurial spirit in young people and has mentored or taught for the University of Toronto, Queens University and for NEXT Canada. He has been an active member of YPO (www.ypo.org) since 2004 and was YPO Toronto Chapter Chair 2015-2016. Jason’s business articles have appeared on MSNBC.com and in Inc. Magazine.
Jason lives with his wife and children in Toronto.
Noam Tomczak

As head of operations, all technical and customer-provision aspects of iotum’s product development and network operations report to Noam.
Noam has been a member of the iotum team since the beginning and has architected a number of patented technologies for iotum’s web and switch platforms.
Noam built his exceptional skills in practical engineering working for next-generation IT hardware companies in Canada. He has designed algorithms for 3G mobile chipsets and has developed embedded computing systems for a variety of industrial uses. He has a knack for organizing teams and a passion for agile methodologies.
An avid outdoorsman and true-blood Canuck, Noam can start a roaring campfire using only coffee grounds and his fingernail. He plays hockey.
Noam graduated as an Electrical Engineer from McGill University in Montreal.
Noam lives with his wife and children in Toronto.
Graham Matthews
CFO

Graham manages administration and finance for iotum.
He has previously held CFO roles at Peraso Technologies, a fabless semiconductor start-up, and evandtec, a clean technology equipment company, and has spent over twenty years in the private equity investment field, including over a decade with two large Canadian venture capital firms.
Graham’s background in venture finance and technology management is extensive. Graham has served on several Board of Directors, including as Chairman of major host provider Q9 Networks. Graham holds the CFA and CPA (CMA) designations and is a graduate of McMaster University.
Dora Bloom

As head of marketing, Dora is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales readiness programs that support business objectives and drive revenue.
Dora is a seasoned business-to-business (B2B) technology marketing expert with over 12 years of industry experience. She began her career in experiential marketing gaining unparalleled hands-on experience with customers and prospects which now attributes to her customer-centric mantra. For the past 6 years, she has specialized in demand generation at iotum showing a true passion for UCaaS.

Randall Howard

An investor, entrepreneur and software visionary, Randall is a founding partner of Verdexus, a boutique firm providing management and financial services to large corporations, venture capitalists, and technology firms.
The Founder and former Chairman and CEO of MKS Inc., one of Canada’s leading enterprise software vendors, he was the 1997 High Technology Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2005 recipient of the Impact Award from Communitech. In 2014 he was named Canadian Angel of the Year by the National Angel Capital Organization (www.nacocanada.com). Randall also serves on the board of Gore Mutual (www.goremutual.ca).
Randall has an infectious passion for social innovation, emerging mobile media, the consumer web space and good wine and food.
His favorite vegetable is the beet. “The fact that I learned to like beets as a kid makes them more special,” he says. “So many people I know hate beets, so it’s great to eat something that’s in the long tail of vegetables. I like them in borscht, hot or cold. I especially like cold soups.”

Jim Estill

Jim Estill, CM, OOnt, is a technology entrepreneur and has been an investor in iotum for several years.
He started his technology distribution business from the trunk of his car while in his final year of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo. He grew that business to $350 million in sales prior to selling it to SYNNEX. He was then CEO of SYNNEX Canada growing sales over 5 years from $800 million to $2 billion.
He has been an investor, advisor and board member to many technology businesses including RIM where he was a founding board member. He joined the RIM board just prior to their IPO and served them for 13 years.
Jim continues to invest in companies through his New York-based fund, Canrock Ventures. In addition to substantial community-building and charitable activities, Jim’s day job is being President and CEO of leading appliance manufacturer Danby.
Among his many accolades and distinctions, Jim was inducted to the Order of Ontario in 2017, and the Order of Canada in 2018.
Gord Forsythe

Gord has been an expert in the conference calling space for years.
As President of Accutel, he led exponential growth for years before Accutel was acquired by Bell in 2004. Prior to this he was President of Ascom and had senior positions at Cantel.
Gord has been a sought-after advisor at MaRS and the Next36. He is President and CEO of Acculink, one of Canada’s largest call centre outsourcers (www.accu-link.ca).
Gord is a bon vivant and is very fond of excellent food and good wine.
Majd Shweikeh

structures; technologies and high potential leaders; they need to thrive in

She possesses thorough expertise across sectors and industries gained through various Ministerial Positions; Board of Directors positions; and Executive positions; where she played an active role in transforming organizations and people while delivering tangible results and record revenue increases across the Middle East and Africa, where her Professional Coaching abilities played a major role throughout the journey.
H.E. is currently a Senior Advisor with Arthur D Little; CEO Advisor at the
RCU; and strategic Partner at 360 Solutions Mel in addition to being an
active board member at 5 different organizations, for-profit and non for
profit; ensuring proper corporate governance and high-performance
dynamics across all.
H.E Majd Shweikeh assumed different ministerial positions From March
2015 till Oct 2020 serving with three different Cabinets; bringing leadership and transformational expertise into practice during more than 5 years of continuous public service. Before assuming the different Ministerial Positions, Ex. Shweikeh established an Advisory Firm Masharek 360 Solutions Middle East; specialized in creative strategies and executive coaching in collaboration with 360 Solutions USA. Before getting into the Advisory and Coaching world; Her Excellency assumed top positions in different local and regional Telecom companies for good 12 years; and in 2006 she was named as the first female CEO for a GSM Operator in the world.
H.E was the Vice-Chair for the Young Presidents’ Organization Jordan
Chapter and was previously the President of the International Women’s
Forum / Jordan Chapter; she also served as an active member at the
Economic and Social Council of Jordan; She also assumed different board
positions at the private sector and chaired the board of Directors for different entities in the public sector.
H.E holds a first-class Honors BSc in Finance from Yarmouk University; a
Certified Management Accountant from the USA; A Global Senior
