LOS ANGELES, CA — September 19, 2007 — InstantConference®, the free, on–demand reservationless teleconferencing service that’s “Ready When You Are,” announced today that it has added free conference recording to its reservationless platform. This new feature is being offered to all InstantConference customers.
“The addition of free recording to InstantConference is just the first of many steps we are taking to provide the best value in the industry through the most convenient and reliable service available,” said Alex Cory, CEO of parent company, Global Conference Partners™.
Conference recording eliminates the time constraints of having to be on a call at a specific time by providing an MP3 recording after the conference concludes. Others can then call in and listen to the conference or download it directly to their computer. Many businesses use recording for documentation, training, presentations, meeting notes and online classes. For a fee, these recordings can also be transcribed for official records.
InstantConference Features:
- Dedicated dial–in number and access codes that never expire
- Additional access codes available to separate conferencing activity by client
- Post-conference call detail reports and monthly reports to help businesses manage and track conferencing details
- Free recording
- No reservations needed
- Up to 150 callers on each call
InstantConference will soon be adding both toll–free calling and web conferencing options to round out its full service offerings. An Outlook add–in will also be available, allowing access all these features from your desktop.
